Well I know what they say find a cute little thing and settle down. Well I ain't got no chance for that on this side of town. Cuz I'm broke and my hearts got a hole and it looks real bad. Yeah she was the best thing i ever had.
Well the Ghosts in the moat stalk the planks and stoke the flames. I hear their song and dance in memories everyday. But my lungs getting tired of spitting these same old cliche. I spoke better yesterday, today I'm a waste.
Well her memeories getting distant and I didn't even notice too fast. Cuz I'm going mad. Cuz she's down Pensacola I'm up here he's first I'm last. She took her chance.
I'm playing in street corners I've barely eatten in days. I ain't seen a better plate since I sold yay. Cuz I've gone down the path free at last and that's... The only way to wake up.
